SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for shopping with us. All orders are processed within 2 to 3 days of order date. Orders are not shipped or delivered on holidays. 

If we are experiencing high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed for a few days. Kindly allow additional days in transit for delivery. Any delays, will be informed via text or call. 

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Due to sanitary reasons, we do not have a return policy. With exception to any flaws in workmanship are found, within 2 days of delivery. Any defects in the product need to be bought to our attention or reported within a week of the delivery date.  For exceptional cases, if we are unable to fix the flaw we will refund in the form of store credit.
